Product and KYP, walled off from member servicing: narrow accounts/holdings read, KYP register, prepares refreshes. No member conversation, no approvals.

Group RSP CSA

Task terminal — member lookup, contribution answers, beneficiary reviews, request queue. No planning. Capabilities unchanged by the rename.
